FOR ORGANIZATIONS

Business coaching

In a constantly changing, unpredictable world, coaching allows you to get know yourself better, capitalize on your strengths, broaden your vision, make decisions based on what is really essential, be fully engaged in what you do, acquire new skills, and evolve as a professional, leader and human being.

I see every person as a world to discover, with its own challenges and potential for growth. I firmly believe that highlighting their resources, qualities and values is important to achieve progress.

Positive
Leadership

Nurturing performance & well-being

Positively influencing their colleagues, employees and clients requires multiple relational skills from managers: they need to share a vision, make decisions for the team, evaluate results, delegate, communicate, collaborate, handle tensions… The way managers tackle these daily challenges depends on the leader’s own personality. The relationship with themselves and their inner challenges have an impact on key capacities such as self-motivationmoving forward despite stress, remaining focused on priorities, managing their own emotions, and boosting their own energy.

Leadership coaching addresses both aspects: the leader in relation to others and in relation to himself or herself.

Tailor-made individual coaching takes a snapshot of the leader and explores strengths and personal performance, to see how he or she functions within the larger system. This way the leader can be encouraged to adopt a range of effective behaviour patterns that are adapted to every situation.

Emotional
Agility

Transforming difficult emotions

Enhancing emotional agility* can generate a positive spiral, prevent toxic stressincrease resilienceboost vitality and well-being at work. Studies have also shown this to have a positive influence on performance, and by domino effect, a positive impact on co-workers.

Emotional agility is the human capacity of the leader or employee to

  • take a step back and see with curiosity and kindness how one’s emotions and associated thoughts work, to accept them and understand their valuable message
  • know what triggers automatic reactions that are no longer useful in the current context
  • connect with what is really important for oneself as a professional, leader and human being, and move towards value-based decisions and actions

* Competence developed with ACT tools (Acceptance and Commitment Training)

IMPORTANT

For employees on sick leave wishing to return to work

  • coaching takes a gentle approach, and usually requires 10 to 12 sessions
  • sessions are complementary to medical and psychotherapeutic care and do not replace them
  • tripartite sessions can sometimes re-trigger symptoms of toxic stress, so it is recommended to only consider these once the employee is feeling better
